By messaging Kat on WhatsApp or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Kat.
Kat is an AI career agent that helps you build a CV, find relevant job opportunities, prepare for interviews, and manage your job search. Kat takes consequential action — submitting an application, responding to an employer, or accepting or declining an offer — only with your explicit approval each time. Kat assists your search; you make the decisions.
You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction to use Kat, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your experience, and your qualifications. Misrepresenting your background to employers through Kat is a violation of these terms.
Your Kat account is tied to your WhatsApp number. You're responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for any activity that occurs through it.
Kat offers a free trial (5 job matches over your first week, no payment required), a Pro plan at ₦5,000 per month, and an All In plan at ₦9,500 per month. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment partners and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by messaging Kat. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't offer partial refunds for time remaining in a cycle, except where required by law.
Kat is designed to make your job search faster and more effective, but we don't guarantee that you'll receive an interview, an offer, or a placement. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers.
You agree to use Kat honestly — providing accurate information, not using the service to spam employers, and not attempting to misuse or abuse the platform.
The Kat name, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us. Your CV content and personal information remain yours.
Kat is provided "as is." We work to make matching, coaching, and application assistance as accurate and useful as possible, but we don't accept liability for employer decisions, missed opportunities, or outcomes of your job search that are outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including misuse of the platform or providing false information to employers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these terms as Kat evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
